CPL Cookie Notice

Cup Pong League uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep the site working, protect accounts, remember preferences, measure reliability, and support live tournament workflows.

Blocking required cookies or storage can break login, account verification, tournament access, organizer tools, admin controls, and other live CPL features.

1. What cookies and storage are used for

Required session and security: used to keep you signed in, confirm account access, protect admin/organizer actions, prevent abuse, and connect your browser to the correct backend session.

Preferences: used to remember UI choices such as page state, selected views, or other settings that make CPL easier to use.

Performance and reliability: used to understand page errors, load behavior, route health, failed assets, and other browser-visible issues so CPL can stay fast and stable.

Transactional flow support: used during account creation, login, tournament checkout, team signup, result submission, and map/organizer workflows so actions connect to the right user and tournament.

2. Analytics and third-party tools

CPL may use Cloudflare and similar infrastructure tools to collect security, performance, and reliability signals. These tools help detect errors, slow routes, abuse patterns, and site availability issues. CPL is not designed around third-party ad tracking or selling user browsing data.

3. Managing cookies

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. If you clear cookies or site data, you may need to log in again, re-open tournament pages, or re-enter tournament PINs. If cookies are fully blocked, some CPL features may not work correctly.

4. SMS and email are separate

Cookie settings do not control transactional texts or emails. SMS opt-out is handled by replying STOP where supported. Email and account-data questions can be sent to support@cuppongleague.com.

5. Updates

CPL may update this notice as the site adds or removes functionality, analytics, security tools, or browser-storage behavior.
